You agree that by accessing the site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

For bespoke AI development and architecture consulting, all IP transfer agreements will be established explicitly within dedicated Master Service Agreements (MSAs) independent of these website conditions.

3. AI Consultant (Bot) Disclaimer

Our embedded AI Consultant utilizes third-party large language models to provide automated architecture and estimating insights based on user input. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the factual accuracy of the AI-generated responses. Architectural proposals, code generation, and financial estimates issued directly by the chat interface are non-binding and subject to manual human review prior to contracting.

4. Services & Estimates

The automated MVP Cost Calculator provided on this platform outputs budgetary approximations to facilitate initial discussions. These figures do not represent formal, binding price quotes. Actual project costs will be defined following a comprehensive discovery phase.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on our AI-generated architectural guidance without formalized consulting agreements.
